The building is made of various stained wood. The doors do not open but there are holes in the bottom to accommodate lighting.
The verbiage on the signs is burnt into the wood and permanent. It comes with the crate, chair and barrel on the front porch, which are permanently attached.
This building measures approximately 5.5"H x 7 7/8"D x 10.25"W and is approx. 1:43 scale.
The building has one coat of outdoor polyurethane. Not recommended to get wet.
